Edward Nasser is an associate in KSF’s New York office working on shareholder derivative lawsuits. Prior to joining KSF, he practiced at large defense firms in New York handling complex commercial litigation and white-collar criminal and regulatory investigations. Mr. Nasser received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2018 and B.A. from New York University in 2013. Mr. Nasser is admitted in the state of New York as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Nasser is a member of the Board of Directors of the Rikers Debate Project, a nonprofit organization that teaches competitive debate to people incarcerated on Rikers Island.
