
Ashali is an associate at KSF, supporting the firm’s securities litigation and privacy practices. Prior to joining KSF, she worked at a complex class action firm focused on consumer protection and civil rights litigation, where she represented plaintiffs harmed by corporate and institutional misconduct. Additionally, Ashali served as a law clerk to The Honorable Robert E. Grossman of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. Ashali is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, and she is admitted to practice before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ashali earned her J.D. in 2023 from William & Mary Law School, where she served as the Senior Notes Editor of the William & Mary Law Review. During law school, Ashali also interned with the Department of Justice U.S. Trustees Program and served clients in the school’s immigration and special education clinics.
Ashali received her Bachelors of Arts in International Relations from Texas A&M University. She spends her free time playing with her Alaskan Malamute rescue pup, traveling, and being a hardcore Aggies fan.
