
Kayla Holmes is an associate in KSF’s New York office and focuses primarily on securities litigation. Prior to joining KSF, Ms. Holmes worked at a plaintiffs’ law firm representing investors in federal securities class action lawsuits.
Ms. Holmes received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2024. During law school, she was a Managing Articles Editor for the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender & Society and a Clinical Student Advocate in the University of Wisconsin Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic. Ms. Holmes also gained experience as an intern with the Investor Protection Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
