Former Attorney General of Louisiana, Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq., a partner at the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”), announces that KSF has commenced an investigation into Manhattan Associates, Inc. (“Manhattan”) (NasdaqGS: MANH).

Manhattan is a global software company that sells solutions for managing supply chains, inventory, and omnichannel operations, and also provides services to implement, customize, and upgrade its software products. A securities fraud class action complaint filed against the Company alleges that it provided investors with information about its expected revenue for fiscal year 2025, including, among other things, confidence in its ability to set accurate guidance despite macroeconomic fluctuations, the growth potential of its professional services offerings, and the ability of its cloud business to drive professional services revenue. According to the complaint, the Company, through certain of its officers, made these overwhelmingly positive statements while at the same time disseminating materially false and misleading statements and/or concealing material adverse facts about its true ability to forecast professional services revenue. Notably, the complaint alleges that the Company either was not equipped to deliver “responsible targets” for growth or that its services business was not equipped to achieve them.

KSF’s investigation is focusing on whether Manhattan’s officers and/or directors breached their fiduciary duties to its shareholders or otherwise violated state or federal laws.
