Matthew A. Conrad is an associate in KSF’s New York office. Mr. Conrad represents individual and institutional investors in securities class actions, corporate governance and shareholder derivative litigation, and ERISA matters.

Before joining KSF, Mr. Conrad was an associate at a boutique New York City law firm, where he successfully prosecuted securities class actions against major corporations across a range of industries. He is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience at every stage of complex litigation, including case investigation and initiation, dispositive motion practice, class certification, discovery, and settlement proceedings.

Mr. Conrad earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he interned with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the New Jersey Bureau of Securities.
