KSF Appointed Lead Counsel in Waterdrop Inc. Securities Litigation

On December 8, 2021, the Hon. Vernon S. Broderick, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York, entered an Order approving the selection of KSF as Lead Counsel for the putative Class Sandoz v. Waterdrop Inc. et al., Case No. 1:21-cv-7683-VSB (S.D.N.Y.). Waterdrop and certain of its executives are charged with violating the federal securities laws through misrepresentations and omissions concerning the Company’s short-term financial results leading up to the Company’s Initial Public Offering.

KSF Wins Class Certification in Velodyne Securities Litigation

July 17, 2023

On July 14, 2023, the court certified a class of shareholders in Moradpour v. Velodyne Lidar, Inc., et al., No. 3:21-cv-01486, a securities fraud class action pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

$5.65M Pareteum Securities Fraud Class Action Preliminarily Approved

April 14, 2023

On December 20, 2022 a $5,650,000 class action settlement on behalf of persons who purchased Pareteum securities between December 14, 2017, and October 21, 2019, inclusive was preliminarily approved.
