The Southern District of New York issued an Order and Final Judgment, approving the settlement of In re Bank of America Corp. Securities, Derivative, and Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) Litigation.
The Minnesota Second Judicial District Court granted preliminarily approval to the settlement of Siciliano v. Medtox Scientific, Inc., et al., Court File No. 62-CV-12-4811. A Final Settlement Hearing shall be held by the Court on February 14, 2013 at 1:30 p.m., before the Honorable John H. Guthmann.
