Yuduo “Rainy” Si is an associate in KSF’s Chicago office and focuses primarily on securities litigation. Prior to joining KSF, Ms. Si served as Assistant Counsel to the Speaker of the Illinois House of Representatives, where she staffed healthcare-related committees and worked on major legislation involving healthcare and cannabis law. She is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Minnesota.

Ms. Si received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, she worked at a plaintiffs’ civil rights litigation firm and at Travelers. She also gained litigation experience through the University of Minnesota Law School’s Insurance Law Clinic and Bankruptcy Clinic, served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Chief Judge Yellowhammer of the Hennepin County District Court, and competed in the McGee Civil Rights Moot Court. Ms. Si received her LL.B. and B.A. in Legal Interpretation & Translation from China University of Political Science and Law.
