KSF Obtains 7th Largest Securities Fraud Settlement in 2024

According to Duane Morris LLP’s Class Action Review for 2024, KSF obtained the seventh largest securities fraud class action settlement in the United States in 2024 when KSF, along with its co-counsel, secured a $189 million recovery for TuSimple investors in Dicker v. TuSimple Holdings, Inc., Case No. 3:22-cv-01300-BEN-MSB. This extraordinary result also represents the largest securities class action settlement ever in the history of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
