On June 8, 2026, the Hon. Margaret M. Garnet, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York, entered an Order approving the selection of KSF as Co-Lead Counsel for the putative class in Methvin v. Gemini Space Station, Inc., Case No. 1:26-Cv-02261-MMG (S.D.N.Y.).  Gemini Space Station and certain of its executives are alleged to have violated federal securities laws through misrepresentations and omissions concerning their intention to prioritize a prediction markets business instead of their existing cryptocurrency platform.
