KSF Appointed Lead Counsel in Velodyne Lidar, Inc. Securities Litigation

On July 2, 2021, the Hon. Susan Illston, United States District Judge for the Northern District of California, approved the selection of KSF as lead counsel for the putative class in Meysam Moradpour v. Velodyne Lidar Inc., et. al., Case No. 3:21-cv-01486-SI (N.D. Cal.).

Velodyne and certain of its executives are charged with violating the federal securities laws through misrepresentations and omissions during the Class Period concerning the company’s business operations and prospects, including in connection with the Velodyne’s merger with Graf Industrial Corporation.

KSF Wins Class Certification in Velodyne Securities Litigation

July 17, 2023

On July 14, 2023, the court certified a class of shareholders in Moradpour v. Velodyne Lidar, Inc., et al., No. 3:21-cv-01486, a securities fraud class action pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

$5.65M Pareteum Securities Fraud Class Action Preliminarily Approved

April 14, 2023

On December 20, 2022 a $5,650,000 class action settlement on behalf of persons who purchased Pareteum securities between December 14, 2017, and October 21, 2019, inclusive was preliminarily approved.
