In re Pareteum Securities Litigation, 1:19-cv-09767-AKH-GWG (S.D.N.Y.). On May 3, 2023, after more than three years of hard-fought litigation, the Hon. Alvin K. Hellerstein entered a Final Judgment approving a $5.65 million settlement for the Class to resolve all claims with the Individual Pareteum Defendants and Defendant auditor Squar Milner LLP. Lead Plaintiff KSF achieved this excellent result after defeating Defendants’ motions to dismiss, engaging in extensive fact discovery, and navigating Pareteum Corporation’s bankruptcy.
