KSF is pleased to announce that Melinda A. Nicholson served on the faculty of PLI’s continuing legal education program, Securities Litigation 2026: From Investigation to Trial, held on April 27, 2026 in New York City. Ms. Nicholson spoke on the panel “Commencement of a Civil Action: Recent Developments in Filing the Complaint, Preparing the Motion to Dismiss, and Coordinating Multiple Securities Litigation Actions,” which addressed strategies for assessing civil complaints and coordinating multiple securities actions at the pleading stage. The program drew leading practitioners for a full-day examination of the most complex securities matters, from an initial government investigation through settlement or trial. Ms. Nicholson’s participation marked her sixth consecutive year on the PLI Securities Litigation faculty, reflecting KSF’s longstanding commitment to investor protection.
