Preliminary Approval of Settlement in Health Insurance Innovations Litigation

On November 19, 2020, the Hon. Thomas P. Barber, United States District Court Judge for the Middle District of Florida, entered an Order preliminarily approving a $2,800,000 class action settlement on behalf of all Persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired HIIQ publicly-traded securities between August 4, 2017 and September 11, 2017, inclusive. $5.65M Pareteum Securities Fraud Class Action Preliminarily Approved
